You can return full-priced, unopened products, for a complete money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase*
And while we do offer refunds, we'd like you to take this into consideration:
- When taking Total Cell Care for health, it's important to take all of the necessary steps toward improving your overall health. You should be reassessing your diet and your daily habits. For tips on how to do so click here.
- Although dietary supplements and wellness products are meant to improve your overall health, they must be combined with a healthy lifestyle, for optimal results.
Refund Terms
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We do not refund any shipping costs and do not issue refunds or credits after 30 days.

*Please note: You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment if you request for your return within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are valid for full-priced items only. Expedited shipping and/or shipping charges for sending back the product are not refunded. We will not be able to honor any refunds once you've passed the 30-day refund window from the day you placed your order. Any order that was made with a discount is a final sale, including subscriptions. Subscription orders are final sales. If you would like to skip, pause or cancel your subscription, you must do-so by logging into your Total Cell Care Account. You must also submit for the skipped, paused or cancelled order at least 72-hours before your next subscription order is set to ship out. Otherwise, your account will be charged for that month's shipment which is non-refundable. Due to the high-volume of customer service emails, a skipped, paused or canceled subscription will not be honored if you email or try calling us. You MUST skip, pause or cancel via your Total Cell Care account, under "Manage Your Subscription."
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we've received your returned item the processing of your payment happens within 24-48 hours. However, depending on your bank, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we truly apologize for the mistake. Please reach out to us here and we’ll be sure to get you the Total Cell Care product you ordered!
